Get Fit Step This is a low-intensity step class with easy-to-follow choreography. Fun music and a motivational and entertaining instructor will help you shape up and have some fun at an easy pace. Friday: 10–10:45 am Get Fit Water Exercise A low-impact, fun and invigorating workout. Monday–Thursday: 11–11:45 am Get Fit Yoga A gentle yoga class with emphasis on lengthening muscles, breathing and relaxation. Tuesday/Thursday: 8:45–9:45 am GROUP TRAINING Group training offers most of the benefits of personalized training as well as the camaraderie and competitive spirit of a group dynamic. Workouts are held in Functional Training Room A (FTR-A) on the 8th Floor. Limit of 10 people per class. $10 with Fitness Advantage, $15 without. Whether it's for the competitive athlete, weekend warrior or the actively aging, an FMS, developed by noted physical thera- pist and strength coach Gray Cook, will uncover poor biomechanics in order to determine your unique road map to greater movement, coordination and stability.
