You'll soon find Member Services just around the corner from the Inn at the WAC front desk. e Member Services desk on the 9th Floor will also continue to operate for members seeking extra consultation or dealing with sensitive matters. Sarah Rothenbuhler was featured on the cover of the Fall 2016 issue of Busi- ness Pulse Magazine. As CEO of Birch Equipment Rental & Sales, Sarah helped save her business from closing. Under Sarah's leadership, Birch Equipment transformed from a struggling com- pany into one of the top 100 privately owned companies in Whatcom County. Business Pulse Magazine honored Sarah's achievements, citing her "no-nonsense, hard-work, and fun-loving atti- tude" as some of the many reasons for her success. Sarah joined the WAC in 2006. Longtime WAC member, former Tully's CEO, and current WAC 101 Club Exec- utive Director John Buller has published a book on leadership and disruption. Titled Can You Survive the Age of Disruption, the resource guide calls on John's extensive business experi- ence and offers a series of lists and tips for improving company culture and employee behavior. John focuses on ways organizations can stop wasting time, money and talent. He talks about the importance of decision-mak- ing and bridging generational gaps to build an all-in culture.
