In February, the WAC hosted its annual Team Member Awards Banquet. e highlight of the evening is the announcement of the Team Member of the Year. Not surprisingly, the banquet is a festive occasion and an opportunity for the team to enjoy each other's company in a celebratory environment. Given this recent event, it's only fitting to take a moment to acknowledge the amaz- ing team that makes the WAC experience invaluable. New members join the Club because of the outstanding facilities. e reason they stay, however, is in large part because of the bonds they form with team members. Whether it's your personal trainer, a favorite bartender, one of the garage attendants, or another member of the team, that familiar face and friendly smile are what make our Club special. I would be remiss if I failed to mention those team members who operate behind the scenes. To name just a few, we are fortunate to have a talented facilities maintenance staff that's responsible for upkeep on our nearly 90-year-old building; a creative culinary team that provides healthy, fresh and innovative dining experiences; and an Inn staff that treats guests to outstanding hospitality. is year's Team Member of the Year award went to IT Support Associate Rebekah Yeazel.
