26 WAC Magazine | wac.net Membership All-Stars Reciprocal Club Member Services Teamworks Jill Scheuermann Jill Scheuermann joined the WAC aer her employer offered her a membership for networking purposes. Since then, Jill has taken full advantage of the WAC's dining options, events, and Club Programs' ticket sales. She enjoys morning workouts at the Club and the accountability her fellow mem- bers offer. "It's easy to hit the snooze button, but then all the morning regulars call you out for not being there," she says. Jill talks about this sense of community when telling others about the Club. "e prospective members I like to bring to the WAC are people who understand what it means to be part of the culture and community of a club," she says. Club Life Barton Housman Barton Housman learned about the WAC from two-time Membership All-Star Miles Craigwell. Since joining the Club in September 2015, Barton has taken full advantage of the WAC's amenities alongside his wife, Ashley. Both Barton and Ashley enjoy daily workouts and attend social gather- ings, including Jubilee and e Main Event. e couple recently welcomed a new addition to their family, son Barton Warren Housman, this past September. In addition to working out and socializing, Barton uses the Club to maintain and cultivate business relationships. He describes joining the WAC as "one of the best decisions I've made since moving to Seattle." Our Membership All-Star program honors those members who serve as primary sponsor for three or more new WAC members in a given year. The 2016–2017 membership year runs through July 31, 2017.
