"e WAC's mission is to improve the quality of life of our members," says Executive Assistant to the CEO Suzana Sakay, who oversees the Wellness Cen- ter. "We've had great nutrition and fit- ness services for a long time. Now we're adding recovery and lifestyle services to help achieve that mission." rough an eight-week immersion program called Wellness 360, Suzana and her team aim to help members get healthy fast—and stay that way. "It's about creating change now but also long-lasting habits that stand the test of time," WAC Nutritionist Eric Chen says. e program covers four key areas— nutrition, fitness, recovery and lifestyle. "It's all related," Eric says. "If you're not Living Fit eating right there's a snowball effect that translates into poor recovery, increas- ing risk of injury, and a weak immune system. When we stop looking at things in a vacuum, we can start to develop strategies that last." e program will treat the symptoms of sub-optimal living and give partici- pants sustainable solutions for avoiding those symptoms moving forward. "It's about creating the lifestyle you want and helping you maintain that as life chang- es," Suzana says. Wellness 360's eight-week immersion begins and ends with a body com- position analysis, giving participants measurable data about their progress. Between those tests, participants receive Introducing Wellness 360 Eight weeks to a healthier and happier you
