All sessions in the WAC pool. Advanced Adult Swim Lessons For adults who can swim laps and have a basic knowledge of all four primary strokes. In class you will refine stroke technique, breath control, starts and turns, and work on endurance. This class is a great precursor to joining the WAC Masters Swim Team, lap swimming, or triathlon training. Summer Session I: Wednesdays, July 6–July 27 Summer Session II: Wednesdays, August 3– August 24 Aqua Boot Camp A high-intensity, low-impact workout for athletes and non-athletes alike who want a tough workout without aggravating knees, hips and other injury-prone joints. Wednesdays: 1:30–2:30 pm Fridays: 10:45–11:45 am Beginning Adult Swim Lessons Adults with limited experience in the water will gain comfort and confidence in both shallow and deep water. You'll learn the crawlstroke and backstroke and the basics of breaststroke and butterfly. You will also develop endurance for lap swimming. Summer Session I: Mondays, July 11–August 1 Summer Session II: Mondays, August 8– August 29 Cardio Express A 30-minute shallow-water workout designed to get you moving, with low impact to joints. This is great for cross- training or as an alternative to a rest day. Mondays : 10:30–11 am Deep Water Aerobics Using fitness disciplines, this class offers a safe and challenging water-based workout that includes cardio conditioning, body toning, and exhilaration in deep water. Mondays : 11–11:45 am Joints in Motion Ease joint and muscle pain. This class takes participants through gentle range- of-motion, joint-mobility and flexibility exercises. It is appropriate for those suffering from arthritis or muscle pain and stiffness or those recovering from an injury. Wednesdays: 10:30–11 am; free with Fitness Advantage sculpting, weight loss, sport-specific (tennis, football, golf, etc.), balance/ flexibility, senior and youth fitness, pre/postnatal, and prehab/rehab. $70/session, package discounts available Group Training Ready to get results and have a blast all in the same hour?
