In addition to all-malt whiskey aged in charred American oak barrels, they also produce small-batch gin and vodka made from a base of Washington-grown malted barley. In 2014, members helped make a batch of whiskey at Copperworks Distilling Company. Two years later, the whiskey is fully aged and owners Jason Parker and Micah Nutt have welcomed the WAC back for another custom event. Guided blending and proofing of the whiskey barrel samples will lead to the creation of three custom blends. You'll get to taste the blends at cask strength and proofed at three different strengths. You'll also have the opportunity to hand fill, label, and purchase bottles from the barrels of your choosing. Each bottle will be signed by Parker and Nutt, dated, and numbered. This exclusive evening includes a Cajun and Creole dinner buffet catered by Jemil's Big Easy.
