Mamnoon also gives back to the people and culture that provide their inspiration. Join this special evening where the proceeds will be donated to the United Nations refugee agency, UNHCR, to help the current plight of Syrian refugees. Our host will be Mamnoon's general manager and Executive Chef Jason Stratton. A local and national celebrity, Stratton was honored as one of Food & Wine's Best New Chefs of 2010. He was also a James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef: Northwest in 2014. After taking over at Mamnoon in September 2015, Stratton was a featured contestant on the most recent season of Top Chef. Enjoy a great dinner and wine as Stratton talks about the food, his time in the industry, and his experience on Top Chef.
