Two of his favorite spots are Lake Chelan and Maui. ✪ He's a huge Washington state sports fan, cheering hardest for the Seahawks, Mariners and Huskies. ✪ Dave enjoys exploring Seattle's various neighborhoods with his wife. DID YOU KNOW? ✪ Allan moved to the United States from the Philippines in 2003. ✪ He loves being active. His sports of choice are basketball and cycling. ✪ Allan loves singing karaoke, especially Tagalog songs. DID YOU KNOW? ✪ Erica also works as a freelance makeup artist. ✪ She often fills in as a makeup artist at the Spa at the WAC. ✪ She says she's an expert at shopping on a budget. BRYAN COOK CHIEF ENGINEER Bryan has been regarded as a valuable, dedicated, and hard-working engineer since he started at the WAC in 2002. He was promoted to Chief Engineer in 2013. "Bryan combines knowledge of the Club, a can-do attitude, and an unparalleled attention to detail with a customer-service ethic that is second to none," Building Operations Manager Mike Young says. "Keeping the Club running smoothly and improving the member experience at every opportunity is something Bryan has always done." The sentiment is echoed throughout the Engineering department and the Club. "Bryan stepped into the Chief Engineer role 100 percent and became a true leader," Engineering Administrative Assistant Patty Smith says. "He goes above and beyond every day and makes sure that every detail is taken care of in everything he does. He truly cares about making the WAC a better place." Bryan says his biggest challenge is "to know everything and fix everything," which he says defines the role of an engineer. "It's a big responsibility," he says. DID YOU KNOW? ✪ Bryan and his wife first met in high school and have two kids. ✪ He loves to explore the wilderness, especially while camping, hunting and fishing. ✪ Bryan is currently restoring a third-generation pickup truck originally purchased by his grandfather. "He goes above and beyond every day ... He truly cares about making the WAC a better place."
