This method of tasting allows you to observe fla- vor nuances, including body, acidity, and even origin of bean. Find out more about Starbucks' global commitment to sustain- ability and minimizing its environmental footprint. Join us for this extraordinary glimpse at one of our city's best-known brands. Upon arrival, you'll be fitted for snowshoes, and our naturalist mountain guide will lead us on a walk to see waterfalls, old-growth forest, glaciers, and (with any luck) lots of wildlife. All skill levels are welcome, and we'll have a guide for every 10 members. Following a couple of hours of exertion, a gourmet lunch break will take us to the Longmire lodge for a "Cascadian Safari" experience, including healthy and delicious fare chosen from local and organic farms. After lunch, go back out on the trail for a couple of hours. Our perfect ending includes wine and dessert tastings before returning to the WAC. Join us for this extraordinary experience.
