It's America's biggest touring comedy festival. Twenty-two shows; 25 days; 33 comedians from across the globe; more than $10,000 in cash prizes; and 17 venues, including the WAC. That's right, this is not your typical comedy competition. It draws talent executives from CBS, NBC and movie studios—as well as managers, agents and producers. Kick off night one of the final week at the WAC's "Comedy Club," better known as the Crystal Ballroom. Gear up for an evening of laughs with a bountiful buffet, featuring chipotle steak skewers, chili-lime chicken kabobs, chili con queso quesadillas, and more. Be a part of the rip-roaring laughter and reserve today! Appropriate for ages 21 and older. Evening includes comedy show, dinner buffet, dessert, and validated parking in the WAC Garage. 7 pm buffet, 8–10 pm show; $68 per person, $360 groups of six; cancel by November 15 Executive Chef Eric Floyd's gala celebration buffet. While dining, have your picture taken in the party photo booth or dance to background music, before Seattle's funniest magician, Jeff Evans, takes center stage. Then, the Crystal Ballroom becomes a classy and colorful nightclub as the bash explodes with our party deejay, dance hits from the decades, lighting effects, a champagne toast, more confetti than you can imagine, and endless collectible favors that light up, glow, spin, or blink. He'll impart his wisdom and humor for Seattle's grittiest drinking establishments. This tour will go where no suit and tie belong: The Waterwheel Lounge, Leny's Place, Al's Tavern, Blue Moon Tavern, and Little Red Hen. Raise a glass at each stop, munch on bar food, and travel in the chicest of motor coaches.
