I am especially proud to begin this journey alongside new President & CEO Suzana Sakay—the first woman to hold the WAC's top position. Suzana and her executive team bring energy, vision, and deep commitment to our WAC community, and I look forward to working closely with her to move the Club forward while honoring our traditions. We are truly fortunate to have an extraordinary team of member-leaders and WAC staff who embody dedication, professionalism, and a shared love for the Club. I am inspired by their passion and readiness to meet the challenges and opportunities ahead—whether navigating evolving member expectations, enhancing our historic facilities, or strength- ening financial resilience. I am confident we will meet these goals with determination and optimism. At the heart of everything we do is our mission to improve the quality of life for our members. is means not only offering exceptional programs, dining, and wellness experiences but also fostering a community where every member feels connected to our Club and values their membership. We will keep listening and improving because the best ideas come from our members, executives, and team members who live the Club's mission every day. Together, we will build on our strengths, tackle challenges head-on, and shape a future that reflects the excellence and spirit of this amazing Club. I look forward to the year ahead and all we will accomplish—together! Arnie Willig Chairman of the Board of Governors
