Arnie Willig steps onto the tennis court. It's an overcast day at Seward Park, just down the street
from Arnie's house. A light drizzle falls and, for summer, it's uncharacteristically quiet at the park.
Until now.
Without hesitation, Arnie tosses up a ball and connects on a gorgeous serve. "We are playing
for real!" Arnie informs his wife, Janet, and daughter Zoe. He may be facing off against family, but
don't be fooled. The WAC's 2025–2026 Chairman of the Board of Governors has a competitive
streak that drives him on the tennis court as much as the courtroom.
