Following our popular Seafood and Barbecue months, we're turning our attention to a regional focus we're sure you're going to savor. Drawing from the diverse culinary tra- ditions surrounding this iconic waterway, the WAC kitchen will spend late summer dishing up recipes focused on bright flavors and fresh ingredients. Imagine rosemary-marinated lamb loin with roasted eggplant purée.
