MEDITERRANEAN SOLSTICE

A radiant expression of coastal
indulgence, the Mediterranean Solstice
blends sun-drenched sweetness with a
vibrant splash of lemon. A bit of peach
and orange blossom vodka adds floral
depth, evoking warm breezes and
flowering orchards. Served in a sugar-
rimmed martini glass, this cocktail
serves up a harmonious balance of
citrus and summer. Enjoy during your
next visit to Torchy's or Hagerty's or mix
up yourself all season long.
RECIPE
Serves 8
• 1 oz. lemon juice
• 2 oz. Ketel One Botanical Peach &
Orange Blossom vodka
• 1 oz. peach purée
• ½ oz. grenadine
• ½ oz. simple syrup
Shake ingredients with ice in a shaker.
Strain and pour into a martini glass with a
sugar rim. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
