Executive Chef Eric Floyd creates and serves an exclusive seasonal menu to a small group—there are only 10 seats per dinner—on balmy August evenings. This outdoor dining experience offers stunning views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Pair the scenery with great company, curated wine, and delicious dishes for an alfresco experience that can't be beat. The closures take place on a staggered schedule. While one restaurant is closed, the other offers extended hours. Here are this year's closure dates: Work started in late July and is scheduled to run through August 3. Scheduled closure August 4–10. World of Wine Go around the globe with wine glass in hand! Our World of Wine series introduces diverse regions and varietals at monthly tastings guided by som- meliers. Whether you're a connoisseur or a newbie, this series will deepen your appreciation of wine. Each evening includes a welcome pour, paired charcuterie, and six tastings.
