With a greater focus on self-care and mindfulness, the art of feeling good goes well beyond regular exercise. A focus on wellness is nothing new at the WAC. In fact, it's our stated mission "to enrich the quality of life of our members." is plays out on our five fitness floors and comes full circle in the 4th Floor Wellness Center, where WAC practitioners help members align their lifestyles around healthy eating, illness-prevention, and life-pro- longing habits. Naturopathy, nutrition, and acupuncture are just a few of the wellness services offered to members. Professionals, like Dieti- tian Liz Wyosnick, Advanced Registered Nurse Dayna Morgan, and Naturopath Dr. Darci Davis, offer a breadth of services aimed at guiding members toward more fulfilling and happier lives. Member John Stoner is a longtime Wellness Center client. "I've worked with dozens of providers at the WAC," says John, a member for more than 30 years. "I've always been impressed with their knowledge and commitment to overall health."
