Two of our faves: caramel and honey babyback ribs (above) with house-baked beans, cornbread, and house-roasted potato salad … and our beef short rib sandwich topped with spicy barbecue sauce, pickled red onions, and spicy dill pickles. Try Chef Eric's cioppino (above), a rich seafood stew with tomatoes and garlic broth that brims with clams, salmon, mussels, and halibut. Prefer something a bit lighter? Go with prawn and salmon pasta with white wine, butter, and baby spinach. Crab Feast Crack into fresh Dungeness crab at our annual all-you-can- eat crustacean celebration on Friday, June 6. Lobsterfest Dad deserves a lobster! is year, do Father's Day weekend in Torchy's. Enjoy an entire Maine lobster accompanied by drawn butter, fresh corn, asparagus, baby red potatoes, and cornbread. Lobsterfest takes place Saturday & Sunday, June 14–15. Chef's Tasting Tables WAC Executive Chef Eric Floyd cras seasonal multicourse meals for intimate evening dinners all summer long.
