Reinventing 'Surf & Turf'
This land-and-sea combo unites a double-cut
pork chop and Dungeness crab in ambrosial
unison. Twice as thick, these outsized chops are
also twice as tasty! Gently steamed Dungeness
crab brings sweetness and balance to this
earth-and-ocean creation served with poached
asparagus, slow-roasted tomatoes, and a bright
