X Mondays/Wednesdays/ Fridays: 10–10:45 am Get Fit (Hatha) Yoga A gentle yoga class with emphasis on lengthening muscles, breathing, and relaxation. X Sundays: 12–1:15 pm Pilates FLO Pilates-inspired movements designed to build core strength and increase flexibility. X Wednesdays; 5–6 pm Pilates Mat Focused work to strengthen and stabilize your core, as well as improve posture and whole-body fitness. X Tuesdays/Thursdays: 5–6 pm; Sundays: 9–10 am Power Barre Level up your barre work- out with weights, bands, and medicine balls to help strengthen endurance. X Mondays: 5–6 pm; Tuesdays/Thursdays: 11 am–12 pm; Saturdays: 12–1 pm; Sundays: 11 am–12 pm Power Yoga Flow with breath and chal- lenge your power poses. Bring your mat, water bottle, and heart center. X Wednesdays/Thursdays: 6–7 pm; Saturdays: 10:30– 11:30 am ReBoot Intermediate and advanced drills and intervals. This is a WAC Wall Street closing bell favorite! X Mondays/Wednesdays/ Fridays: 1:30–2:30 pm Step Mix Classic nonstop step aero- bics with added resistance training. X Thursdays: 6–7 am; Saturdays: 9–10 am STRIDE This combo class blends cycling hills and sprints with strength-training. X Mondays: 7–8 pm; Wednesdays: 5–6 pm; Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays/ Sundays; 12–1 pm Treble & Bass A remix of club hits, hip-hop, Latin, and funk to challenge your dance cardio routine. X Wednesdays: 7–8 pm; Fridays: 11 am–12 pm; Saturdays; 1–2 pm TRX Core Full-body workout using the TRX Suspension Trainer, designed to strengthen the postural muscles. Optional equipment: weights and gliders. X Saturdays/Sundays: 8–9 am Vinyasa Yoga Let our instructors guide you through sequences that align your body and activate your center. All levels are welcome. X Mondays: 6–7 pm; Tuesdays: 12–1 pm, 6–7 pm Virtual Fitness Classes Fit Fusion (HIIT) A high-intensity interval workout designed to get you burning max calories. Exercises and props vary; modifications for members without props are provided. You're going to love this fast-paced calorie burner! X Saturdays: 9–10 am Get Fit Total Body Stretch and strengthen your body from head to toe during Total Body practice. Get Fit classes are designed for adults seeking a more gentle or entry-level workout. X Mondays/Wednesdays/ Fridays: 10–10:45 am Blitz 45 Short on time, big on results. These high-intensity work- outs keep your routine fresh and on target. Instructors focus on a mix of our many formats, such as strength, plyometrics, cardio, and core. X Mondays/Wednesdays: 7–7:45 am, 6–6:45 pm; Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays: 5–5:45 pm; Saturdays: 12–12:45 pm; Sundays: 11–11:45 am Boxing Join our WAC boxing coach for fundamentals and ad- vanced focus work. Bring your own gloves! X Tuesdays; 1:30–2:30 pm CORE Cycle A lights-out, music-driven rhythm ride. All levels welcome. X Mondays/Wednesdays: 12–1 pm; Tuesdays: 6–7 pm; Tuesdays/Thursdays: 7–8 am In-person fitness classes generally take place on the 4th Floor of the Clubhouse. Online fitness classes are led by WAC instruc- tors over Zoom. All attendees must have a Zoom account to participate in virtual classes. In-person and virtual fitness classes are included with Fitness Advantage (wac.net/fa) and OneWAC (wac.net/one-wac), $18 per class without.
