Don't forget to order your chances for a shot to win! FOOD & ENTERTAINMENT Another Jubilee mainstay—and many members' favorite part of the party—is the food. Year aer year, it's what keeps members coming back. "It's always such a fun weekend traveling up to Seattle for Jubilee," says Maria Ball, a nonresident member who lives in Southern California with her husband. "Last year, the food was fabulous, and the entertainment was so fun that we didn't realize how quickly the night went by!" Along with live music sets from Prom Date Mixtape and e Scratch Cats, guests will find entertainment in every room of the party, including a dance party with DJ Chris Graves, photo por- traits, and palm readings to name a few. On the culinary side of things, well-known Seattle Chef Danna Hwang of Mercer Island's Vivienne's Bistro returns to showcase modern Asian fusion dishes. Other local food purveyors include Aha Sugar Co., Zeeks Pizza, Honey & Harmony Catering, Shooby Doo Catering, and Cannolo, along with the team in the WAC Kitchen, of course! "e joy of collaboration with local chefs and caterers makes me feel deep-rooted in the Seattle restaurant scene," says WAC Executive Chef Eric Floyd, who returns for his 23rd Jubilee. "ere's a sense of nostalgia, too. e traditional cuisine we serve spans many great memories I've had cooking for Jubilee." e Cloud Room also returns to the Top of the WAC this year as an exclusive VIP lounge with luxurious amenities, unlimited cocktails, and ultra-chic vibes. Cloud Room tickets include Jubi- lee entry and a $250 donation to the WAC Foundation. Phew … did we cover everything? Our annual anniversary celebration always has plenty to take in and experience, and there is certainly a method to the madness. Take it from Jubilee veter- an Lance Rummel, who offers some parting advice to first-time Jubilee-goers. "ere are so many areas of the Club with different food and en- tertainment offerings that change throughout the evening," he says.
