"We really want members to come in to try these classes and get into the fitness areas to see what Fitness Advantage is all about," WAC Chief Operating Officer Wayne Milner says. "Fitness Advantage is the key to taking your personal wellness to the next level." Fitness Advantage delivers full access to all five floors of WAC fitness facilities and a schedule of more than 60 classes weekly, including cycling, Pilates, yoga, TRX, and more. "We've really grown the schedule back, and we plan to keep adding classes in the year ahead," Wayne says. "We still have some virtual classes, but there's nothing like working out in person. It's fun, motivating, and increas- es commitment!" e WAC Wellness Center, mean- while, offers an array of services aimed at members' overall well-being. New dietitian Liz Wyosnick is available for in-person and virtual sessions. She spe- cializes in sports nutrition, sustainable weight loss, meal planning for busy in- dividuals, and blood sugar support, and she focuses on building healthy habits that last. "I strive to make my counseling as personalized and practical as possi- ble," Liz says. "I truly hope that working with me is life-changing." When it comes to fitness and wellness, recovery is also crucial. New acupuncturist Courtney Zeller brings 14 years of experience to her table. WAC members can expect a holistic approach to their health that places an emphasis on remedying the root of the problem. "I take advantage of the body's natural ability to heal itself," Courtney says. "Acupuncture simply stimulates the body to do what it's already supposed to be doing."
