WINTER / SPRING 2023 17 taste wac restaurants A Clubhouse staple, Hagerty's offers casual meals and gameday apps and beers while also serving as the setting for midweek business deals, book clubs, and private parties. Along with a menu of sandwiches, soups, salads, and entrées that members love, Hagerty's also offers popular weekday happy hour and gameday specials. "Hagerty's isn't just another sports bar," Director of Restau- rant Operations Ian De Vera says. "You can't get these deals at any other place in town." With wood paneling, private corners, and comfy seat- ing—along with 13 TVs—Hagerty's is a WAC member favorite. "Hagerty's is truly the heart of the Club's daily dining," says Peter Christian, Vice President of Food & Beverage. Private parties can also book the Upper or Lower Clubroom, each of which holds up to 48 people. Table service and buffet options are available for private parties. Tap Menu / Food & Wine / Hagerty's to view the lunch and dinner menus. The most formal of the Club's three restaurants, Torchy's pairs perfectly with date nights, private events, and special occasion dining. Torchy's also offers a perfect place to sip cocktails or enjoy dinner with friends. The rotating menu features season- al ingredients and New American cuisine. "I love to surprise members with new dishes based on what's fresh," Executive Chef Eric Floyd says. "But we also know the classics that members love and expect." Peter says to think of Torchy's as "a relaxed bistro and cock- tail bar." Relaxed doesn't mean casual. At Torchy's, business casual attire is highly recommended. With windows on two sides overlooking the cityscape, Torchy's is also a favorite for Clubhouse events from cocktail dinners to member socials and often offers live music and entertainment on Friday nights. Located within Torchy's, Torchy's Den is a quiet area com- plete with comfortable and functional seating open daily for members to use as a drop-in work area and meeting space. The Den can also be reserved for parties up to 48, and the private Gold and Silver rooms are perfect for smaller parties.
