Get Fit classes are designed for adults seeking a more gentle or entry-level workout. X Mondays/Wednesdays/ Fridays: 10–10:45 am Get Fit (Hatha) Yoga A gentle yoga class with emphasis on lengthening muscles, breathing, and relaxation. Get Fit classes are designed for adults seeking a gentler or entry-level workout. X Tuesdays/Thursdays: 8:30– 9:45 am; Sundays: 12–1:15 pm MAX Cycle An all-out endurance ride that incorporates the newest in fitness programming. Our instructors guide you through a new ride each time with sprints, hills, and other stamina challenges. X Saturdays: 7–8 am Pilates Mat Floor exercises strengthen your abdominals, gluteal, and lower back muscles as you lengthen and improve alignment, coordination, and balance. X Tuesdays: 12–1 pm and 5–6 pm Restorative Yoga Supplement your regular yoga practice with this gentler, slower-paced style of yoga. Props assist with therapeutic poses. X Mondays: 8:30–9:45 am; Saturdays: 12–1:15 pm TRX Core A full-body workout designed to strengthen the postural muscles. X Mondays: 10:30–11:30 am; Fridays: 9–10 am Yoga Shala Enjoy this practice of longer- held poses that lengthen and align the body.
