WAC Golf Pro Gilbert Quit- long will play host for an eve- ning of unlimited range balls, instruction, and insight to help kids and parents. Each family will get their own stall equipped with Interbay's new Top Tracer, the most used ball tracer in the world. Spend a Sunday night as a family doing something active, and maybe a future golf superstar will be born! Kids of all ages welcome. Event includes individual family stalls, unlim- ited range balls during event, drink ticket, Top Tracer, and golf instruction. u Sunday; 6–8 pm; $50 per family, up to five people; noncancelable 12 Seattle Maritime Academy Tour N We've all heard about the shortage of mariners resulting in reduced state ferry service and long wait times for customers. But where do they find marine engineers ready and qualified to jump on board? In partnership with Seattle Central College, the Seattle Maritime Academy offers comprehensive certificate programs at their new facility, located on the shore of Lake Union. We'll tour the facility's classrooms, state-of-the-art engine room simulator, and maybe a training vessel! Plus, we'll learn about the maritime programs offered for recreational boaters. u Tuesday; 10 am–11:30 am; $20 per person; cancel by July 5 14 Happy Hour Tourist on the Waterfront N Did you know that the Seattle Great Wheel is celebrating its 10th birthday this summer? Have you taken a ride? What about Wings Over Washington: the state-of- the-art flying theater that transports you on an aerial adventure across the state of Washington? Join your WAC friends for an evening of summer fun at Pier 57's Miner's Landing along the waterfront. Event includes a ticket to both attractions, light appetizers, and one hosted beverage. The stage will be set with a beautifully curated picnic setup, including blankets, cushions, decorated table settings, and al fresco eats by the WAC's Chef Eric. Let picnicking show you the joy of reconnecting with the outdoors and throwing your daily routine out the window. Event includes curated picnic box and beautiful picnic setting. u Wednesday; $60; 6–8 pm; noncancelable 21 Bridges & Brews Cruise N Are you a history buff or just like to enjoy brews and a good cruise? You'll get both during our Bridges and Brews Cruise where Captain Mike will share the history of Seattle's four 100-year-old bascule bridges and take us underneath them to get a unique perspective. We'll begin at Fisherman's Terminal and travel under the Ballard, Fremont, University, and Montlake bridges. Event includes appetizers and one hosted brew or beverage. u Thursday; 6–8 pm; $75; cancel by July 11 24 WAC Day at Emerald Downs: Horse & Corgi Races N Enjoy the sights and sounds of race day from the Triple Crown Suite at Emerald Downs. We'll enjoy private wagering, stunning views of the racetrack, and a full buffet. This race day is being taken to the next level with the corgi races in between the main horse races. These playful pups will dash across the finish line for all the fame and glory, which will be broadcasted live on ESPN. Get ready to don your best derby gear and finest race wear!
