Fit Fusion (HIIT) A high-intensity interval workout designed to get you burning max calories. Exercises and props vary; modifications for members without props are provided. You're going to love this fast- paced calorie burner! X Saturdays: 9–10 am Get Fit Total Body Stretch and strengthen your body from head to toe during Total Body practice. Get Fit classes are designed for adults seeking a more gentle or entry-level workout. X Wednesdays/Fridays: 10–10:45 am Get Fit Yoga A gentle yoga class with emphasis on lengthening muscles, breathing, and relaxation. Get Fit classes are designed for adults seeking a gentler or entry-level workout. X Tuesdays/Thursdays: 8:30–9:45 am Hatha Yoga Improve your strength, flexibility and balance with mindful connection. X Sundays: 10:30–11:45 am MAX Cycle An all-out endurance ride that incorporates the newest in fitness programming. Our instructors guide you through a new ride each time with sprints, hills, and other stamina challenges. X Tuesdays/Thursdays/ Saturdays: 7–8 am Pilates Mat Floor exercises strengthen your abdominals, gluteal, and lower back muscles as you lengthen and improve alignment, coordination and balance. X Tuesdays: 12–1 pm Restorative Yoga Supplement your regular yoga practice with this gentler and slower-paced style of yoga. Props assist with therapeutic poses. X Mondays: 8:30–9:45 am; Saturdays: 12–1:15 pm TRX Core A full-body workout designed to strengthen the postural muscles. Class is taught using a TRX suspension trainer, but accommodations can be made for those who do not have one. Optional equipment includes weights and gliders. X Sundays: 8:15–9:15 am Vinyasa Yoga Fluid transitions between poses link your body and breath and focus on honing your alignment. X Mondays: 10:30–11:30 am; Wednesdays: 5–6 pm; Fridays: 9–10 am Yoga Shala Enjoy this practice of longer- held poses that lengthen and align the body. X Wednesdays: 9–10:30 am Adult Aquatic Programs Private Swim Lessons Private lessons for all levels available during family swim times, based on instructor availability. X $40 per 30-minute lesson.
