More than 200 ticket-holders will enjoy this memorable evening of full-contact entertainment. Bouts are comprised of college fighters from around the country. Past years have included competitors from Air Force Academy, U.S. Military Academy, U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Nevada, UNLV, and the University of Washington. Several national champions have participated as well as fighters who have gone on to the Olympics. Before the bouts, enjoy dinner, cocktails and comic entertainment by Don Friesen in the Crystal Ballroom starting at 6 pm. Attendance is exclusive to WAC members and their guests. Cycling Fusion January 13���April 7 A comprehensive curriculum based on strong cardiovascular-base building, measured training load increases, and important cross-training make this program something you don���t want to miss. New and experienced cyclists will benefit from this program. Topics include training science, training and workloads, goal setting, and nutrition. In addition to cycling, workouts include some yoga and Pilates work to improve body alignment and offer a holistic approach to better cycling. Garmin heart rate monitor required. This one-day tournament will determine the best WAC dodgeball company team in Seattle. Four-on-four play.
