It's a small, intimate party … for 5,000. You'll gather in the beautiful historic rotunda of the Legislative Building in Olympia for the opening ceremony, introductions of officials, and the welcoming of Washington's new governor. There is also great entertainment, with multiple bands staged in venues throughout. More than 360 top chefs and their apprentices from the Washington State Chefs Association will prepare extravagant and tasty grown-in-Washington delicacies. You may spend the evening dancing or listening to music, sampling food and wines, or mingling among several thousand guests, including the governor, cabinet members, the state Supreme Court and legislative leadership. Formal attire is required for this swanky affair—tuxedos or business suits for men, formal wear or business suits for ladies. The event sells out early, so reserve now to join us for this evening to remember.
