In fact, tea is one of the most widely con- sumed drinks in the world. Roberta Fuhr—certified tea expert and owner of Is- saquah's Experience Tea Stu- dio—is coming to the WAC to help guide you through making your own specialized tea. Begin by choosing a base, then add herbs, spices, fruits, and seeds to make it your own. Use feedback from other WAC members about what you should add to your tea to make it the best.
