Lie on your back with your legs straight up in the air. Try to keep your lower back flat on the ground. 2. Slowly drop one leg toward the ground, stopping at about two inches above the floor. Keep the other leg straight up in the air. 3. Return the first leg to the starting position. Alternate legs. Try 2–3 sets of 8–10 repetitions each. View more exercises at wac.net/fitness-tips.
