DID YOU KNOW? ✪ Rebekah has a goal to visit all 50 states and all seven continents. She has 11 states and five continents to go! ✪ She dreams of a day when her favorite restaurant, Wisconsin-based Culver's, opens a franchise in Washington state. ✪ Rebekah is an aunt and loves to spoil her three nieces and two nephews. DID YOU KNOW? ✪ Joe hails from Chicago. ✪ He attended the University of Colorado Boulder. ✪ Joe grew up playing hockey and plays in a local men's league. CARL MEYER EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER Carl took the reins of Housekeeping & Laundry in January 2015 and began making positive changes right away. He improved productivity, increased employee morale, and established mutual respect between his teams and departments around the Club. "Carl is a role model, inspirer, and collaborator," Director of Hotel Operations Kamil Turczanski says. "He cares about his team, his department, and the Club by living our values every day." Carl has also improved operational efficiencies, upgraded Inn at the WAC amenities, and introduced new luxurious bedding to the Inn rooms. He is proud of his work and sincerely appreciative of his staff. "I am truly blessed," he says, describing his team as energetic and fun to work with. DID YOU KNOW? ✪ Carl grew up in a small town, population 1,158, in Northern California and helped his dad raise rabbits, turkeys and chickens. ✪ He once received a bouquet of flowers from Jennifer Aniston and held Jimmy Page's guitar— not at the same time. ✪ He enjoys collecting and drinking wine as well as attending Mariners games.
