Learn their techniques for making your own pasta as she discusses and explains the many varieties of filled noodles. You'll be taught how to make dough and create pastas such as mezzaluna (half moons), cappelletti (little hats), and the quintessential stuffed pasta, ravioli. After making your own, class ends at noon and is followed by a lunch of pasta and wine. Aprons and utensils are provided; each class limited to 12.
