You won't find a more retro night at the Club. Whether it's the rare chance to wear formal dress, the fun of comedy during dinner, or the fights themselves, The Main Event has grown into one of the WAC's hottest tickets. So popular is it, in fact, that a second night was added this year—and the event still sold out a month before the opening bell. "It's a throwback to the days when people got dressed up to go to big-time sporting events," says Wayne Milner, WAC Senior Vice President Athletics, Special Projects & Community Partners. "The boxers love it almost as much as the members. You just don't see events like this anymore."
