Whether it's for the competitive athlete, the weekend warrior, or the actively aging, an FMS, developed by noted physical therapist and strength coach Gray Cook, will uncover poor biomechanics in order to determine your unique road map to greater movement, coordination and stability. Pilates Apparatus Pilates is the ideal core workout. Semi-private instruction available to those with at least 10 prior private sessions and instructor approval. Members only. Advanced Adult Swim Lessons For adults who can swim laps and have a basic knowledge of all four primary strokes. In class, you will refine stroke technique, breath control, starts and turns, and endurance work. Aqua Boot Camp A high-intensity, low-impact workout for athletes and non-athletes alike who want a tough workout without aggravating knees, hips and other injury-prone joints. Friday: 10:45–11:45 am Deep Water Fitness Using fitness disciplines, this class offers a safe and challenging water-based workout that includes cardio conditioning, body toning, and exhilaration in deep water. Monday: 11–11:45 am Joints in Motion Ease joint and muscle pain. This class takes participants through gentle rangeof-motion, joint-mobility and flexibility exercises. It is appropriate for those suffering from arthritis or muscle pain and stiffness or those recovering from an injury. Monday/Wednesday: 10:30–11 am; free with Fitness Advantage Age Group Swim Team Build endurance, refine technique, compete and make friends. Learn the latest techniques and technology in and out of the water to take your swimming to the next level. For ages 4 and up. Monday–Thursday: 4–5 pm; through September; $55/month ($45/month for each additional child). Annual USA Swimming Registration fee of $65. Online registration ongoing.
