During my first few months in this role, there has been a lot of emphasis on alignment of our team and clearly articulating our strategic goals. We held our first-ever WAC Townhall, where many of these messages were shared with the WAC team. While the Club's post-COVID recovery has been steady, we still have a ways to go. We are at about 80 percent of our pre-COVID revenues, so more work remains. As the office population returns to the city, we see great momentum ahead and look forward to welcoming even more members and guests to the WAC. Moving forward, we will be focusing on the value proposition for our members, activating underutilized areas of the Club- house, beautification of our historic building, and improving service excellence. anks to your capital dues and support from the WAC Foundation, we will be adding amenities such as reformer Pilates, dedicated workspaces, and additional cold therapy. As of this writing, I am about 100 days into my position as President & CEO. I am immensely grateful for my colleagues at the WAC, starting with the executive team, our directors, managers, and the rest of our team who come to work every day ready to make our members' lives better. I also want to personally thank the CEO Search Committee, the Chairman's Committee, and the Washington Athletic Club Board of Governors for their vote of confidence and ongoing support. And a big thank you to the more than 200 member volun- teers on WAC governance and Club Programs committees for your dedication, creativity, and boundless enthusiasm. We are excited for the future, and I want to personally thank each of you for your support of the WAC! See you at the Club!
