X Fridays: 10–11 am Deepwater Aqua Fit Using fitness disciplines, this class offers a safe and challenging water-based workout that includes cardio conditioning, body toning, and exhilaration in the deep and shallow water. X Mondays: 10–11 am Aqua Fit Yoga Supplement your regular yoga practice with this gentler, slower-paced aqua yoga session. Improve your strength, flexibility, and balance in the water. X Thursdays: 10–11 am Blitz 45 Short on time, big on results. These high-efficiency workouts keep your routine fresh and on target. Instructors focus on a mix of our many formats, such as strength, plyometrics, cardio, and core. X Mondays/Wednesdays: 6–6:45 pm; Tuesdays/ Thursdays/Fridays: 5–5:45 pm; Saturdays: 12–12:45 pm CORE Cycle A lights-out, music-driven rhythm ride. All levels welcome. X Mondays/Wednesdays: 12–1 pm; Tuesdays: 6–7 pm Get Fit Total Body Get Fit Total Body is an overall total conditioning class to get you moving from head to toe! X Mondays/Wednesdays/ Fridays: 10–10:45 am Pilates Mat Focused work to strengthen and stabilize your core, as well as improve posture and whole body fitness. X Tuesdays/Wednesdays/ Thursdays: 5–6 pm Power Barre Level up your barre workout with weights, bands, and medicine balls to help strengthen endurance. X Tuesdays/Thursdays: 11 am–12 pm; Sundays: 12–1 pm Power Yoga Flow with breath and challenge your power poses. Bring your mat, water bottle, and heart center. X Wednesdays/Thursdays: 6–7 pm; Saturdays: 10:30–11:30 am ReBoot Intermediate and advanced drills and intervals. This is a WAC Wall Street closing bell favorite! X Wednesdays: 11–12 pm Women's Self Defense Class Join us for a safety and self-defense training class hosted by Joanne Factor from Strategic Living.
