Apples pair perfectly with savory dishes—especially when reduced to a sauce—and make the perfect accoutrement to autumn-themed salads. Artichokes, meanwhile, offer versatility from appetizer spreads to breakfast scrambles, pasta dishes, or even as the perfect textural and flavor contrast to salads, pizzas, and coleslaws.
