Stop at 10 different artisanal vendors as you learn about local production and taste your way through the flavors of the Northwest. Enjoy Beecher's mac and cheese and Ellenos yogurt; scope out a secret garden that grows food; skip the line to Pike Place Chowder; and sample the most incredible alder wood–smoked wild salmon. We'll also hear small business stories like that of Chukar Cherries; learn about bean-to-bar chocolate; and discover where the best chefs purchase their produce, meat and seafood.
