Enjoy schnitzel, Matt's famous handmade bratwurst, sauerbraten (German pot roast), knodel (soul-satisfying bread dumplings), and spaetzle. Searching for the Truth Pandering politicians, winking advertisers, startup soothsayers, television "experts,"and even some scientists use the news media to promulgate half- truths, misrepresentations, and sometimes outright lies. Find out how we got here with University of Washington Assistant Professor Jevin West, who helped develop the course "Calling BS." Created as a tool for combating misinformation, the course is now being taught at universities around the globe.
