Enjoy the excitement of being on a team of your peers. The WAC basketball league has a place for players of all levels. League is for WAC members 21-plus. Women's Strength Clinic Lower Body Our latest clinic will focus on your hips and glutes. Sitting too much? Feeling pain while jogging or running? You might be chalking it up to bad knees, but the truth is it's more than likely related to your hips. In this two-hour clinic and workout, you'll learn how to properly strengthen and stabilize your hips and glutes to fix form, increase speed, build power, and prevent injury.
