Members unleashed their inner artists with a night at Seattle Glassblowing Studio.
With the help of the professional studio team, participants created their own
objets d'art. This hands-on art adventure involved dipping the molten glass in trans-
parent or opaque colors, heating it, and then pulling or blowing the piece into the
desired shape and size. The results ranged from seasonal pumpkins and leaf plates
to custom creations, such as a bird feeder, black duck, starfish, beaker, and plenty
of paperweights. Watch for our next Hot Party this coming spring.
