Level 6: Swimming all four strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly) 25–50 yards with refined tech- nique. Developed understanding of stroke mechanics, turns, and dives. Foundations Approaching Swim Team (FAST): Focuses on building endurance and race technique in free- style, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. This class pre- pares swimmers for Juniors Swim Team Private Swim Lessons Available to members of all ages and abilities. Junior Programs Family Judo Learn traditions, discipline, and respect as you train in a martial art that emphasizes throws and grappling. u Wednesdays: 6:30–8:30 pm; Saturdays: 9:30–11:30 am; ages 7-plus (younger with instructor approval); $60/month.
