Longevity Wellness Package par- ticipants start by meeting one-on-one with Liz to address daily changes that support long-term health and disease prevention. Cryotherapy sessions allow Brandon to work out longer and offer a feeling of resilience he carries with him outside of the gym. "I set goals and intentions around my time in the cryotherapy chamber," he says. Cryotherapy chamber Also located on the 4th Floor, the cryotherapy chamber maintains a temperature of minus-160°F. Time in low temperatures has been shown to reduce chronic pain, improve athletic performance, and accelerate recovery.
