Each gathering blends premium spirits, hands- on elements, and a thoughtfully paired dinner, designed to be approachable and immersive. Whether you're a seasoned cocktail enthusiast or simply curious, these evenings are all about discovery, flavor, and fun. Led by National Bartending Champion Mark Sassi. Sevilla Summer JUNE 18 Citrus-forward cocktails with Mediterranean vibes and bold seasonal flavors. Tiki Night Underground JULY 16 Rum punches and tropical cocktails bring island energy to the WAC. Sunset Rum Reserve AUGUST 20 Slow-aged rums paired with elevated, warm-weather sipping cocktails. Northwest as you unwind and experience a breathtaking sunset. Connect with fellow members in a relaxed, scenic setting while enjoying your favorite bites and beverages. The Bingo Boat Race JULY 22 Spend an evening exploring South Lake Union during a spirited Bingo Boat Race designed for our 20s/30s community. Board a Duffy boat from The Electric Boat Co. and work with your crew to complete a custom bingo card filled with playful challenges, photo ops, and on-the-water discoveries. Each boat holds up to 10 members, creating a lively setting for teamwork, possibly some heated rivalry, and connection throughout the two-hour adventure. Prizes await the winning crew.
