bers only and are subject to the
approval of the publisher. Please
no businesses; private transac-
tions only. Real estate and other
merchandise must not be repre-
sented by an agent, must be for
sale by owner only and/or by those
who do not sell real estate or the
listed merchandise for a living.
Restriction also applies to business
services rendered for a fee and
housesitting.
The Washington Athletic Club is
committed to both the letter and
spirit of the Fair Housing Amend-
ments Act. It is the policy of the
WAC not to accept advertising for
residential property that is discrim-
inatory by reason of race, religion,
color, national origin, gender,
disability or familial status.
CANCELLATIONS
Please be aware that you MUST cancel
an ad 30 days before the next issue. If
you cancel after the 1st, your ad will still
appear in the next issue.
