The action starts at 6 pm against the Orlando Pride, featuring Brazilian legend Marta, widely considered the best women's soccer player of all time. u Sunday; 6 pm; Memorial Stadium at Seattle Center WAC Night at the Storm June 12 Cheer on the Seattle Storm as they host the Chicago Sky during this special WAC event at KeyArena. Great for those with knee, hip, and other joint issues. u Wednesdays: 1:30–2:30 pm; Fridays: 10:45–11:45 am Cardio Express A 30-minute, low-impact water workout. u Mondays: 10:30–11 am Deep Water Aerobics This class offers a safe and challenging water-based workout that includes cardio conditioning and body toning in deep water. u Mondays: 11–11:45 am Fridays: 10–10:45 am Get Fit Water Aerobics A low-impact, fun, and invig- orating workout that gets you in shape using the water's weight-bearing quality. u Tuesdays/Wednesdays/ Thursdays: 11–11:45 am Joints in Motion Ease joint and muscle pain with gentle range-of-motion, joint-mobility, and flexibility exercises. Great for those suffering from arthritis, muscle pain, stiffness or injury. u Wednesdays: 10:30–11 am Masters Swim Team Join coach Emily Silver for organized pool workouts ded- icated to enhancing your en- durance and improving your stroke technique. Master swimmers are encouraged to attend practice regularly and to compete.
