As president, CEO and co-owner of Health Perspectives Group, Cheryl spends her days empowering patients to gain the tools and knowledge necessary for navigating the complexities of their care. As such, it should come as no surprise that self-care is an integral part of her company's culture. When it came to choosing a place for her team to work out, Cheryl saw the WAC as an obvious choice—especially since her offices are just across the street. "I joined because it was convenient, but I stayed because of the great facilities," she says. In her spare time, Cheryl makes cider at Vashon Island's Nashi Orchards, which she owns with her husband, Jim. Connor McClain Issaquah native Connor McClain is committed to healthy living and the benefits gained from investing in personal wellness. He joined the WAC in 2015 aer learning about the opportunities available from the Club's diverse athletic leagues, workout facilities, and other services. e WAC's convenience to his office at Two Union Square is a major plus for the bro- kerage adviser, who zips across the street to his job at Colliers International aer a morning or aernoon workout and a smoothie from the WAC Café. Connor is also a member of the WAC's men's basketball league.
