Executive Chef Eric Floyd and Pastry Chef Roger Rosario will help you remove the guesswork from mak- ing your own pie, crust included. Join us for a hands-on session with these two bak- ing pros as they demonstrate how to mix pastry dough just so for fantastic and flaky crust. Watch as they show how to roll dough properly, make filling, and apply the perfect crimping. You will also learn how to make a two crust pie, secrets to a lattice top and the best recipe for a crum- ble top. The end result will be a complete pie for you to take home, bake and savor. We'll supply the pie pan, pastry, filling and a recipe. You come ready to roll up your sleeves, roll out the dough and have some fun. This class will take place at the Top of the WAC.
