Stairway to Fitness Sunday, September 24 Take the green central stairs to the 8th Floor for a morning fitness challenge. By taking the stairs, you'll be rewarded with healthy snacks, sample smoothies, and a noon guid- ed meditation class. BodySpec will be there to perform body fat and composition testing with a DXA scanner. For $45, you'll receive a 10-minute scan and a wealth of knowledge about your body.
