A Midwest Feast
From the plains of Nebraska comes an impressive
33-ounce bone-in tomahawk steak. Named for the
Native American axe it resembles, the tomahawk steak
is a cut of beef ribeye flaunting an intact bone handle
that imparts a rich depth of flavor to the meat. Seared to
order and served atop a butcher's block, the tomahawk
steak makes a perfect autumn meal for two. Order at
